What is a Solutions Lab?

The CMHC Solutions Labs are exploratory projects that tackle complex housing problems, while deploying a series of innovative methods and tools. CMHC provides funding and expertise to localized teams to create solutions that correspond with the National Housing Strategy.

The CMHC Solutions Lab program is intended to support multidisciplinary, holistic and committed project teams that will develop roadmaps to implement innovative solutions to address identified housing problems within the National Housing Strategy (NHS) priority theme areas and priority populations.
