At Attainable Homes Calgary Corporation (AHCC), we believe homeownership is a great thing; it provides housing stability, security and flexibility. Through our program we work to remove barriers to homeownership for moderate-income Calgarians who are looking to move along the housing continuum. Since incorporation as a not-for-profit social enterprise in 2009, through our down-payment assistance program, AHCC has helped over 1,000 families purchase their own homes. The funds received from participants exiting the program supports future development.
